Job Description:
You will be responsible for shaping the future of the metaverse by creating the Unity part of the platform. With our solution, you can easily create turnkey 3D worlds and experiences in the metaverse. Our 3D virtual worlds are accessible to everyone on any device, without the need for downloads. Users have full ownership of their data and assets. Your role involves collaborating with a team of engineers who are committed to changing the world through innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Blockchain Development: Design, develop, and maintain blockchain applications, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (DApps) on various blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Arbitrum, etc.
- Token Development: Create and manage tokens, including utility tokens, security tokens, and non-fungible tokens (NFTs), and ensure their integration into blockchain applications.
- Smart Contracts: Write and audit smart contracts to ensure security, efficiency, and functionality.
- Blockchain Integration: Integrate blockchain technology into existing systems and applications, exploring innovative use cases and identifying areas where blockchain can provide solutions.
- Consensus Mechanisms: Understand and implement different consensus algorithms and help select the most suitable one for specific projects.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure the security and compliance of blockchain solutions, including addressing vulnerabilities, conducting audits, and following best practices.
- Research: Stay updated on the latest developments in blockchain technology, platforms, and protocols, and evaluate their potential for implementation in projects.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, front-end developers, and other stakeholders to implement blockchain solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Blockchain Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing blockchain projects and smart contract development.
- Proficiency in blockchain platforms, such as Ethereum, Solidity, Web3, and tools like Hardhat.
- Knowledge of blockchain consensus algorithms, cryptography, and decentralized application architecture.
- Strong understanding of token standards (e.g., ERC-20, ERC-721) and token development.
- Experience with blockchain development frameworks and libraries.
- Familiarity with blockchain security best practices and common vulnerabilities.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Nice to have:
- Experience with blockchain interoperability and cross-chain solutions.
- Knowledge of DeFi (Decentralized Finance) protocols and NFT standards.
- Familiarity with blockchain scalability solutions, such as Layer 2 networks.

Job Description:
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Goch; however, some remote work is acceptable. The sales executive will be responsible for effectively communicating with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and managing accounts. The sales executive will also assist in creating and delivering training for new customers and support the Sales Manager in achieving sales objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of Web3 products and the metaverse industry.
- Engage with potential clients to identify their unique business needs and promote customised solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other internal stakeholders to build on existing partnerships and establish new relationships.
- Deliver high-quality sales presentations to prospects, demonstrating the features and benefits of our Web3 solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach through contract negotiation and closing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and news to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in technology or software industries.
- Proven success in meeting sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Strong knowledge of Web3, blockchain, and cryptocurrency technologies.
- Familiarity with metaverse platforms and their implications for digital commerce.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills in English and German with additional languages being a plus
